How do I return an item?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or the contact form to begin the returns process and receive a return address.
Please send a note with your full name the order was made in on the website and the order number if possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Please put correct postage on returns parcels and we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting.
You can return goods for an exchange or a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be refunded the same way you paid for the order. Returns will be refunded as soon as possible upon their return. Please allow up to 21 days for your account to be credited.
Additional payment will be needed for exchanges that are higher in value than the returned goods.
Items bought in the sale can only be exchanged or a credit note can also be given.
We guarantee to refund or exchange goods if you are not entirely satisfied. We ask only that non-faulty items should be returned unworn and with all original tags attached. We would like to ask customers to take care when trying on garments to prevent any perfume lingering. We recommend to only try on once for fit to avoid this. Any items which are not in the condition sent out can not be refunded or exchanged. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Charging for returns
If you can’t get to the post office then you can send the item back without any postage on and we will deduct the price of the postage plus the £1 Royal Mail handling charge from the cost of the returned item.
To limit returns at Bras 4 Me we are happy to guide our customers with measuring and asking some quick questions by email or phone to give a high chance of a bra fitting well and also inform you of which styles would be best for your size and shape! Also if you are a male buying for your partner then drop us an email/phone call and we will give you advice how to find out your loved ones size and what she would like!
